Responsibilities:


  • Conducting telephone acquisition to acquire new customers
  • Identification of potential business partners and needs
  • Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships through professional communication
  • Close cooperation with the sales team for optimal customer care
  • Documentation of acquisition conversations and customer information

Job Requirements:


  • Experience in telephone acquisition
  • Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities on the phone
  • Goaloriented and independent work style
  • Teamwork and interest in a longterm collaboration
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
