- Assist in the development of the sales forecasts using historical data, pipeline, run-rate, and market trends.
- Provide real-time analytics to business leaders which result in driving leaders to action; including, but not limited to, bookings results, gaps to forecast, and weekly pipeline analysis.
- Track progress against established KPIs, while identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Efficiently handle ad-hoc data requests from sales partners, while concurrently exploring opportunities for automation and scalability in addressing future requests.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for key stakeholders.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing and implementing solutions for enhanced productivity.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the sales systems and CRM (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, business intelligence, and other departments to gather relevant data in support of the sales organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 4+ years related work experience in sales operations, sales strategy, analytics, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and ability to turn data into insights & actions.
- Detailed-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tech stacks (preferably Salesforce, Tableau/Looker, SalesLoft)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (proficient in Excel/Sheets & PowerPoint/Slides)
