Responsibilities:


The Related Companies is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the General Counsel - Senior Vice President, Head of Legal.

This individual will sit onsite at 30 Hudson Yards.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the calendar with the ability to anticipate calendar conflicts, prioritize meetings and handle lastminute changes.
  • Acting as gatekeeper and primary point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Booking travel and accommodations as needed.
  • Preparing and processing expense reports.
  • Organizing and ordering office supplies for the Legal team.
  • Preparing presentations, i.e. slide and report creation in accordance with company standards, printing and binding books.
  • Forming, qualifying and maintaining the status of legal entities.
  • Drafting and maintaining contracts and nondisclosure agreements.
  • Tracking and maintaining time records and invoicing.
  • Maintaining the Entity Management System.
  • Assisting with ad hoc special projects as needed or assigned.

Compensation
- $90,000 - $100,000 / year

  • Annual performance based bonus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of administrative assistant experience working in a corporate/legal environment.
  • Experience using a high level of discretion, dealing with highly confidential data and information.
  • Must have a high level of professionalism and maturity.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be a team player and be detailoriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook; strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with a wide range of levels and management.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment, ability to multitask, shift direction easily and prioritize.
