As department head, you want to lead by example and achieve goals together with your team and us as the Wicker family business?


Then support our #teamwicker at Wicker Clinic in Carlisle, IN in the fields of neurology, psychosomatics/psychotherapy, and trauma therapy starting on October 1st, 2023.


Your daily work:


  • You lead your team, identify the strengths of your employees, and promote them
  • You provide professional guidance and ensure the rehabilitation mission
  • You create the staff planning, for example by organizing individual and group therapies
  • You ensure treatment quality and efficiently utilize the strengths of your employees
  • You take on therapeutic responsibility and optimize processes together with us
  • The occupational therapy treatment of our patients completes your daily work

Your strengths:


  • You have completed training as an occupational therapist, hold a Bachelor's degree in applied therapy science, or a Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
  • You have several years of experience as an occupational therapist, ideally in the fields of neurology, psychosomatics/psychotherapy, and/or trauma therapy
  • Ideally, you have first leadership or management experience
  • You impress with your positive, peopleoriented personality and enjoy therapy methods
  • As a cooperative leader, you are communicative and assertive
