Your tasks:


  • Leading a team of currently 10 employees with full responsibility for the department and budget
  • Further development of the development department in line with the strategic direction in coordination with the management
  • Ensuring technical requirements, budget, and timeline for development projects
  • Point of contact for product launch into production, as well as for error analysis and design adjustments to optimize serial production
  • Coordination with customers and suppliers
  • Analyzing and optimizing development
