What you will do:

Provide and manage technical onsite assistance
Coordinate and provide sales and customer support liaison
Compile and process technical problem solutions based on approved data and develop new solutions in collaboration with other departments
Prepare support proposals and quotations
Collect, control, and analyze fleet and reliability data
Support the development and evolution of the manufacturer's maintenance program
Assist with modifications and new improvements (e.g. upgrades, GSE, new maintenance procedures)
Promote the integration of modern IT tools for onsite support (e.g. VR goggles, PED usage)
Assist in organizing and executing customer conferences
Provide crossdepartmental technical consulting and coordination
Be willing to work as a theoretical and practical trainer, examiner, and assessor in the existing Part 147 Training Organization
