We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer (m/f/d)

Your tasks and opportunities:

You will be the direct contact (m/f/d) for various legal issues within the GMT Group.

You will have the opportunity to specialize according to your qualifications and interests in order to take on professional responsibility for these topics.

You will review, draft, and negotiate contracts for the GMT Group in coordination with the relevant departments of the group.

You will also coordinate legal processes with external consultants.

Your qualifications:

In addition to your successful law or business law studies, you ideally have gained practical experience. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken (knowledge of other languages is an advantage). Your work style is characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, a solution-oriented approach, and a structured way of working. You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics. Your strong teamwork skills and communication skills round off your profile.
