Building Technicians.

Pay grade 9a TVÖD (VKA), up to 39 hours/week, permanent, location Bad Belzig, Department
for School and Building Management/Central Services

Your responsibilities

  • Monitoring of maintenance measures, emergency and repair orders for cost groups 300 and 400
  • Recording and commissioning as well as budget and schedule planning of necessary maintenance measures
  • Monitoring of construction progress and technical guidance
  • Coordination of maintenance contracts for cost groups 300 and 400
