Thecarento Group is a nationwide service provider in the automotive industry. With over 30 years of management and industry experience, we offer our services to approximately 600 car dealerships.
We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Representative (m/f/d) for our _
Schadenpartner24_ project in the Bremen / Lower Saxony region.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Market development and professional acquisition of new customers
- Development and implementation of sales strategies and customer retention measures
- Conducting qualified consultation meetings to introduce and implement our products
- Systematic pursuit of our sales goals
- You will be the contact person for our new and existing customers
- Independent negotiation of contracts
We expect:
- Professional experience in a car dealership, as an appraiser, lawyer, or in the rental industry
- Ideally, sales experience in a car dealership, with a car manufacturer, or a car bank e.g. as a service advisor or manager, team leader, regional manager, or in vehicle sales
- Completed vocational training or a degree in business administration
- Familiarity with modern software applications (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
- Strong sales mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to convincingly and professionally present products, technologies, and concepts to customers and prospects
- Genuine sales talent, a determined personality, and the ability to inspire people
