carento Group is a nationwide service provider in the automotive industry. With over 30 years of management and industry experience, we offer our services to approximately 600 car dealerships.

We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Representative (m/f/d) for our _
Schadenpartner24_ project in the Bremen / Lower Saxony region.

Your responsibilities may include:

Market development and professional acquisition of new customers
Development and implementation of sales strategies and customer retention measures
Conducting qualified consultation meetings to introduce and implement our products
Systematic pursuit of our sales goals
You will be the contact person for our new and existing customers
Independent negotiation of contracts

We expect:

Professional experience in a car dealership, as an appraiser, lawyer, or in the rental industry
Ideally, sales experience in a car dealership, with a car manufacturer, or a car bank e.g. as a service advisor or manager, team leader, regional manager, or in vehicle sales
Completed vocational training or a degree in business administration
Familiarity with modern software applications (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
Strong sales mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to convincingly and professionally present products, technologies, and concepts to customers and prospects
Genuine sales talent, a determined personality, and the ability to inspire people
