THE COMPANY

We are currently seeking a Quality Management Specialist (m/f/d) for a globally operating, family-owned medical technology company (world-leading technology and system provider).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordination and communication between different departments and colleagues regarding the quality management system and its implementation
Reliable support for all approval requests and processes
Updating and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards
Assisting in the implementation and execution of a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 13485
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
Documentation and maintenance of quality management documents
Assisting in training and raising awareness among employees for quality management topics

YOUR PROFILE

You have successfully completed a technical or scientific university degree with a focus on quality management
You have at least 1 year of professional experience in quality management (DIN EN ISO 13485)
Ideally, you have knowledge of relevant regulatory norms, guidelines, and laws
You have experience in documenting and maintaining quality management documents
You are a strong communicator and able to work independently
