About us

KALO is the partner for the smart energy transition in residential properties. We automate and cross-sectorally record consumption from submetering to smart metering and provide consumption transparency as the basis for sustainable CO2 and cost savings. We support building owners with efficient heating control and provide residents with intuitive apps for intelligent room temperature management. We integrate renewable generation systems and e-mobility barrier-free and tailored to the building, creating digital connections for optimal energy management. We connect IoT applications in the property manufacturer-independently and highly securely via the smart meter gateway. We are there. Nationwide. Simple. Innovative. Personal.

We, with almost 30 employees spread across 3 teams, work on the heart of the heating cost billing at KALO. In doing so, we are closely connected with almost all departments of the company. Our three development teams have a technical focus and deal with devices (Team Gama V), contracts (Team Vader), or billing (Team Utopia).

Your tasks

Together with you, we will determine which of these teams you will join. We have a lot of freedom to make self-organized decisions. For example, we recently changed the division of the three teams in a self-organized process and enjoy the trust of the management level in our decisions.

You are involved in product development from planning
