Your future responsibilities:


  • Building and expanding the network and positioning in the market
  • Guiding and leading the internal team
  • Taking over budget and revenue responsibility for the branch
  • Developing and implementing strategic concepts for business development
  • Identifying and monitoring market trends
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal quality standards
  • Analyzing and continuously optimizing work processes and procedures within the branch
  • Reliably and competently taking responsibility for your employees and clients and regularly reporting to regional and executive management

Your profile:


  • Several years of professional experience in the temporary employment sector
  • Ideally, you have already led a team to success and have expertise in the fields of medicine, pedagogy, and/or nursing
  • Good knowledge of current MS Office applications and Zvoove
  • Your ideas inspire others and you can win people over
