Sales Coordinator - Brookside, CO, United States - Redwood Ventures
Description
To strengthen our team in Hamburg, we are looking for a Sales Coordinator Germany/Austria/Switzerland (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date - full-time, initially limited to 1 year with the option of a permanent position.
YOUR TASKS
- Creation of reports and adhoc analyses
- Adhoc support for Retail Manager, Head of Retail and Business Controller
- Contract management
- Operational support for our stores in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Communication with store managers
- Support for store openings/relocations/closures
- Handling of operational tasks such as communication with telephone/internet/TV providers and correspondence with main suppliers
- Participation in small to mediumsized projects
- General administrative tasks
- Representational support for the Administration Coordinator
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Sales, tax and/or legal background highly desirable
- Experience in retail necessary, wholesale and administrative experience are advantageous
- Excellent Excel skills, advanced MS Office skills
- Very good level of English and German in spoken and written form
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management, ability to set priorities, organizational skills
- Proactive, positive, analytical and independent way of working
- Detailoriented team player who is willing to help and find effective solutions
