We are currently looking for a
Sales Assistant (m/f/d) for our location in _Bremerhaven_ to start as soon as possible

Your responsibilities will include:

Advising our private customers in the online shop via telephone, email, and chat
Providing customer service for our online shop in the order processing
Back office tasks for the key account management teams in retail, foodservice, and gastronomy
Technical support for updating price calculation files (based on Microsoft Excel)
Price maintenance in DORIS and CDS
Creating analyses and reports using Pentaho / Microsoft Excel / Power Point

Your profile:

Completed commercial training
Good and quick comprehension
Good PC and MS Office skills
Advanced Excel skills for analyses/reports and calculation tools
Good knowledge of Pentaho and experience with a merchandise management system is an advantage
