Defakto accompanies these individuals in over 20 locations throughout Germany, empowering them to be creative architects of their professional lives. And we do this through the use of theater, health and job coaching, communication training, and all the tools of the trade.


To expand our team, we are seeking a job coach (m/f/d) with social pedagogical ambitions for our 12-month project "Nadiya" in Kassel, starting on May 27, 2024 for a 40-hour position.

The exact number of hours is negotiable, and part-time is also possible.

The position is initially limited until June 2, 2025 with the option for extension.

Your responsibilities as a job coach:

  • Online & in-person: Individual counseling sessions
  • Oneonone coaching on career exploration and job applications (advising and supporting)
  • Languagesensitive differentiated instruction on the German job market & society, life in Germany (integration)
  • Organizing and conducting company excursions
  • Networking
  • Job placement
  • Online & inperson: Advisory and supportive role
  • Home visits, accompanying to government offices, etc.
  • Organizing childcare for participants
  • Teamwork is essential, but also fun and enjoyable
  • Independent and flexible work
