Description

BASIC JOB PURPOSE:

As a Level 3 IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our dynamic team. We are seeking a tech-savvy individual with at least 5 years of experience in IT support. If you have a strong technical aptitude, proficiency in Active Directory (on-premise and Azure Entra), and hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure, we want to hear from you

Your expertise in troubleshooting, configuring PCs and mobile devices, and supporting VPNs will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations.


TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:

Office environment. May require evening and/or weekend work. Working under stress. The position requires long periods of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting at least 25 lbs.


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:


  • Functional knowledge of IVR systems
  • Experience working in HIPAA/PCI compliant environments
  • Microsoft Office 365 administration and support
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams
  • Microsoft Intune configuration
  • Support of TV display monitoring systems

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:


  • Must pass a Criminal Background Screening.
  • Must pass government exclusion list at time of hire and monthly thereafter.
  • Advanced experience using PC software programs including but not limited to MediRoutes, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), Samsara, and C.C.E.R.R.T.S
  • Experience with the transportation industry and/or dispatch preferred.
  • Experience with customer service, taking inbound and making outbound calls in a highvolume call center.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Able to type at least 45 wpm.
  • Take high volume of inbound calls.
  • Make high volume of outbound calls.
  • Availability to work hours ranging from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM Weekdays, Weekends & Holidays.
