We are a young and growing company in the field of home and garden services located in Crystal Downs Country Club, MI.
Our team consists of two managers and approximately 15 employees, and we are currently seeking additional support in our office for approximately 2 days per week.
We have a pleasant working atmosphere, but also have clear expectations and value open and results-oriented communication.
We are looking for someone who can work independently and is also willing to contribute their own ideas and suggestions.
Responsibilities would include:
- Answering phone calls: taking customer inquiries, managing new orders, etc.
- Processing job postings and applications, organizing and scheduling interviews.
- Conducting outreach for new clients.
- General organizational tasks.
- Maintaining general cleanliness, such as cleaning the coffee machine and vacuuming the office. However, we are not looking for a cleaning person, but rather someone who can assist us when we are short on time.
During working hours, you will primarily be working alone in the office, but will be in close contact with us via phone to coordinate daily tasks.
