To strengthen our team, we are looking for a clerk for service and customer order processing.

Your responsibilities

Receiving and processing customer inquiries and complaints
Coordination and preparation of offers
Customer master data entry and maintenance
Tracking of order deadlines and related work processes (material availability check, etc.)
Regular coordination with various departments regarding project status (project management, service, purchasing, warehouse, etc.)
Assistance in general customer support
Invoicing, handling of down payments, invoice corrections, and credit note creation in SAP system in coordination with project management/service
Coordination of import and export processing
Reporting and analysis directly to management
