The K&K Construction Company is a regional, family-owned business with around 50 employees. We are a reliable partner for carrying out projects in the construction industry.


To strengthen our team in Nuremberg, we are currently looking for a motivated estimator/purchaser to join us in a permanent position.

Your future responsibilities will mainly include the areas of thermal insulation, interior plastering, exterior plastering, and tiling.


Responsibilities:

  • Estimating projects and preparing bids
  • Assisting with subcontractor bidding and selection
  • Participating in bidding and contract negotiations
  • Identifying profit and risk potentials
  • Calculating change orders
  • Developing alternative proposals and additional offers
  • Evaluating subcontractor and supplier bids during the bidding phase
  • Managing bids
  • Obtaining subcontractor bids
  • Conducting customer meetings
  • Monitoring and managing material purchases
  • Preparing bids, evaluating them, and creating reports
  • Preparing contracts

Qualifications:

Profile:

  • Degree in civil engineering, construction technology, or equivalent experience, as listed in the responsibilities section, or extensive professional experience in purchasing
  • Knowledge of the industry and field
  • Proficiency in estimating software
  • Willingness to work
