- Technical contact person (m/f/d) for colleagues (key users and users) for the ERP system proALPHA
- Driver for the further development of the application/support of business processes
- Creation of documentation
- Support of users in terms of operation and workflow, conducting trainings
- Interface between manufacturer/external service providers and internal departments
Requirements:
- Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable education
- Professional experience as an application support specialist (m/f/d) / IT trainer (m/f/d)
- Knowledge in reporting
- Good understanding of processes
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Structured, solutionoriented and customeroriented way of working
