- Follow all applicable Medical Murray SOP's included in the Training Matrix
- Manage projects for disposable medical devices from concept to production
- Communicate project issues and status to the customer
- Prepare and support product development and quality planning
- Participate in the quotation process for projects
- Plan project management approach with customer's best interests in mind
- Coordinate timing and resources between departments
- Identify resource needs for projects and communicate plans to Senior Management
- Provide customers with updated schedule information
- Collaborate with external vendors on sourcing materials and components
- Drive project deliverables, monitor scope and timelines, and communicate with Business Development
- Contribute to technical and design efforts when possible
- Identify opportunities for improvement in project management
- BS or MS in Engineering is required
- PMP or other certification preferred
- 3+ years of engineering experience in medical devices
- Concept to commercialization experience preferred
- Technical skills including disposable design and development, materials knowledge, and prototyping
- 3+ years of project management or project engineering experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent applications
