Project and Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Full-time, 39 hours/week

Your responsibilities:

  • Participation in the planning of new, renovation, and maintenance projects for buildings and technical facilities
  • Obtaining and evaluating offers for construction and technical measures within the scope of building and technical facility maintenance
  • Monitoring, controlling, and settling construction and technical measures with external companies and inhouse resources
  • Proactive support of the technical management in daily operations and projectrelated tasks
  • Schedule and cost control
  • Technical coordination and management of projects in collaboration with internal superiors and users

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed engineering degree (architecture, civil engineering, building services engineering) or equivalent qualification
  • Indepth experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water technology, electrical engineering, and IT is desirable
  • Knowledge and practical experience in the performance phases 69 of the HOAI, CAD skills are desirable
  • Professional experience (at least 3 years) in implementing construction projects and a strong technical understanding
  • Comprehensive knowledge of tendering, awarding
