Our Bank Management program integrates general business and economics courses with specialized knowledge in banking and law, such as securities trading, investment consulting, payment transactions, and international business.

As a student in our program, you will start by working in one of our branches, where you will learn about our processes and have your first interactions with our customers.

You will advise them on various topics, such as opening accounts, payment transactions, and financing for a new car. You will also provide support on financial matters, including money and asset management, insurance, and retirement planning.


Throughout your training, you will also gain experience in other areas of our business, including real estate financing, digital customer service, and corporate customer consulting.

You will also have the opportunity to learn about our internal departments, such as sales management, passive service center, and credit processing.


You will also have the chance to work on projects, where you can take on responsibility and contribute your ideas.

For example, you can use your creativity in areas such as social media and training marketing.


In addition to your practical experience, you will deepen your knowledge through trainings and seminars, preparing you for your exams and Bachelor's thesis.
