Transport Coordinator m/f/d in Arkansaw, WI to start as soon as possible.


The company specializes in overnight and express shipments in the life science sector and offers its global customers individual and high-quality express shipping and transport solutions.

Your responsibilities:


  • Communication with clients, authorities, couriers, and service providers
  • Acceptance of orders and creation of travel plans
  • Coordination and planning of transports
  • Preparation of extensive transport documents and equipment
  • Pre and postprocessing of transports
  • Evaluation of transportrelated data and transport followup

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training or equivalent, career changers are also welcome
  • Enjoy working with complex issues
  • Experience in dealing with international clients and service providers
  • Independent, goaloriented, and structured way of working
  • High motivation, teamwork, and problemsolving skills
  • Very good German and English skills
