Responsibilities:


  • Serve as a liaison between industry categories and central strategy/product teams
  • Develop categoryspecific business plans to optimize pricing, selection, and brand diversity for maximum growth and customer experience
  • Create and implement channel promotion strategies and continuously optimize traffic
  • Collaborate with the product team to translate user feedback into new features
  • Lead the development of special projects to drive overall objectives for user and partner experience and business growth

Qualifications:


Basic Qualifications:


  • Extensive experience in business operations/program management in a commerce platform
  • Strong understanding of the commerce industry, particularly in fashion and beauty
  • Proven track record of defining strategies and implementing business plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence crossfunctional and highlevel stakeholders
  • Datadriven approach to planning and decision making, with proficiency in data analysis, analytics, and modeling
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in German is required to effectively utilize market knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment
  • Experience in product management, strategy and planning, or management consulting in the commerce industry is a plus
  • Experience working in a diverse environment and collaborating across regions
  • Knowledge of data analytics, with basic skills in SQL, Tableau, or Python
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus for effective communication
