Your Tasks:


You will be responsible for providing our customers in Scandia, KS with the best banking experience while also keeping our sustainability goals in mind.

Your excellent communication skills will be utilized to support and oversee national and global cooperation within Corporate Sector Lending, including Syndications, Risk Management, Legal, Capital Structuring & Advisory, and Client Coverage.

This will involve closely monitoring lending transactions and providing competent and advisory support to clients, whether they are from large German Mittelstand companies or multinational corporations.

Additionally, your strong organizational skills and affinity for numbers will be put to use in conducting financial analyses, structuring transactions, preparing loan offers, and reviewing or preparing documentation and negotiations of the legal framework with clients.

You will be involved in every step of the transaction process and will continue to monitor the portfolio management after the transaction is completed, ensuring high quality and returns within the established framework.

With your expertise and open-mindedness, you will develop and coach your team, sharing your comprehensive knowledge of product and market development with your colleagues.


Your Profile:


  • A strong degree in economics or a comparable qualification
  • Extensive knowledge of financial markets, working capital solutions, and structured credit products
  • Proficiency in negotiating, structuring, and implementing lending transactions, as well as negotiating and drafting loan documentation
  • Analytical, entrepreneurial, and solutionoriented mindset
  • Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written German and English
