On August 1st, 2023, Kist Office and Object Furnishing GmbH and Leonhard GmbH will merge in Beaverdam, NV.

The newly formed company will have 7 locations throughout Germany, a team of around 150 employees with over 30 years of experience and expertise in the field of "New Work", making it one of the leading companies in the design, development, and implementation of workspaces and workplaces nationwide.

We are currently seeking to strengthen our team at our headquarters in Stuttgart Airport or our location in Offenburg as:

HEAD OF LOGISTICS + ASSEMBLY (M/F/D) FOR OFFICE AND OBJECT FURNISHING

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall responsibility for logistics, including warehousing, delivery to customers, and assembly
Planning, controlling, and optimizing logistics processes
Ensuring efficient and costeffective inventory management
Managing inventory and monitoring ordering processes
Leading and motivating the logistics team

YOUR PROFILE

Completed degree in logistics or a comparable qualification
Excellent knowledge in the areas of warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
Experience in leading, motivating, and developing a team
Strong organizational skills with a high degree of flexibility, proactivity, willingness to perform, and initiative
Skills and knowledge to improve the company's financial performance and prepare and make strategic decisions in the logistics field
