Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) for Village of Four Seasons, MO
We are looking for an administrative assistant (m/f/d) to join our team at our offices in Lüneburg as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating, booking, and processing travel arrangements for our national and international projects on land and at sea
- Assisting with HR tasks, such as organizing company events
- Office tasks such as answering phones, ordering supplies, handling mail, and managing conference rooms
- Project support for special and development projects, including obtaining quotes, implementation, cost calculation, and documentation
- General office duties such as organizing the office, data management, administrative tasks, and correspondence
- Supporting our administrative processes and accounting
Requirements:
- Commercial training or experience in a similar role
- Fluent in German and good to excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Ability to work independently according to our company values
- Enjoy working with people
- Structured and resultsoriented work style
- Loyal, teamoriented, reliable, and responsible
