Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) for Village of Four Seasons, MO


We are looking for an administrative assistant (m/f/d) to join our team at our offices in Lüneburg as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating, booking, and processing travel arrangements for our national and international projects on land and at sea
  • Assisting with HR tasks, such as organizing company events
  • Office tasks such as answering phones, ordering supplies, handling mail, and managing conference rooms
  • Project support for special and development projects, including obtaining quotes, implementation, cost calculation, and documentation
  • General office duties such as organizing the office, data management, administrative tasks, and correspondence
  • Supporting our administrative processes and accounting

Requirements:

  • Commercial training or experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in German and good to excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Ability to work independently according to our company values
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Structured and resultsoriented work style
  • Loyal, teamoriented, reliable, and responsible
