Netzkontor is the leading provider for planning and implementing fiber-based broadband projects in Germany.

With over 1,400 qualified employees at 29 locations nationwide, we ensure the successful execution of telecommunications projects for our clients and partners through our diverse range of services and products.

We are currently seeking a dedicated HR specialist (m/f/d) for our location in Hamburg.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive HR support to employees throughout their entire lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Advising the management team and providing expert support to employees and managers on all HRrelated matters
  • Preparing payroll for our external service provider
  • Managing all relevant employment documents, such as contracts, references, bonus payments, etc.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and developing standards and processes
  • Maintaining and creating various HRrelated evaluations, statistics, and reports
  • Contributing to projects and initiatives such as personnel development and employer branding, and supporting the progress of our department

Your qualifications:

  • A degree in HR or a relevant field, or equivalent education and work experience in HR
  • Practical knowledge and experience with digital HR tools (preferably Personio)
  • Familiarity with labor law and payroll accounting
