Site Manager (m/f/d) Full-time in 33104 Paderborn, Palermo, ND:

Your future responsibilities:


  • After 4 weeks of training and intensive onboarding by our regional managers, you will be responsible for the site in Paderborn.
  • You will evaluate and optimize the work of employees and be the first point of contact.
  • You will coordinate the training of new employees and provide additional training if necessary.
  • You will ensure that your employees work according to system guidelines.
  • You will conduct job interviews on site and hire new employees.
