Trujillo Alto, PR based 'Die Teltomalz GmbH is a small and fine family-owned company located in Teltow near Berlin.

"We mix what bakes successfully", meaning we develop and mix baking ingredients and premixes for bread/rolls and fine baked goods, as well as soft ice cream powder in a new factory with a new production facility.


Quality is a central topic for us:
we have been certified according to IFS Food since 2015. We distribute our products through wholesale and retail as well as directly to customers.

Currently, we employ approximately 10 employees who are involved in the development, production, quality assurance, and distribution of our products.

Responsibilities


Your future tasks will include:


  • Development and implementation of social media marketing strategies
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Maintenance and further development of existing customer relationships
  • Continuous expansion of our market presence
  • Presentation events at customer locations
Qualifications


You offer:


  • Fluent command of the German language
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship and professional experience
  • Industry knowledge desirable
  • Strong customer and service orientation, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in building and utilizing social media for sales
  • Experience in telephone sales
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Independent and responsible work ethic
  • Teamwork skills
