What you will do:

Independent management and development of a team of approximately 10 employees
Ensuring timely and budgetcompliant project implementation
Effective collaboration as a member of crossfunctional project teams
Successful interaction with customers and suppliers
Ensuring smooth industrialization of new projects, project extensions, and series projects
Comprehensive support of series projects
Definition, creation, and maintenance of necessary documentation
Planning and implementation of relocations and transfers
Support of all departments in the factory to ensure goal achievement
Optimization in all areas

What you bring:

Completed degree in engineering
Several years of professional experience in the field of manufacturing engineering, production technology
Experience in personnel management, decisionmaking skills, and assertiveness
Good communication skills
Sound knowledge in project management, Industry 4.0, lean, problemsolving techniques, EHS, ergonomics, PFMEA, make vs. buy, and manufacturability analysis, quality, and production
Experience with CAD, technical drawings, and tolerance systems
