As part of our company's continued expansion, we are currently seeking a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team in Frankfurt in a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process for all three business areas, from job postings to conducting interviews and onboarding
Active sourcing, building a talent pool, and systematically identifying potential candidates (m/w/d)
Driving force behind employer branding and close collaboration with the marketing department
Contributing to the design and optimization of HR processes
Creating action plans and continuously developing the recruiting strategy

Profile

You have successfully completed a university degree and have relevant professional experience in recruiting and active sourcing (in-house or in a personnel consulting firm)
With your intuition and rhetoric skills, you are able to find, evaluate, and inspire suitable candidates (m/w/d) for our company
