Our client, the FONDIUM Group, known as Europe's most modern foundry, is a medium-sized company that produces high-quality, innovative iron castings primarily for the automotive industry at two locations in Germany. We are currently seeking a Head of Quality Management (m/f/d) for our location in Singen (southern Baden-Württemberg). The Singen location has approximately 800 employees and the entire group has a total of employees, and is currently undergoing a strong, dynamic process focused on the future.

Head of Quality Management - m/f/d

The challenge:


• You will lead the Quality Management department with a team of approximately 40 employees, both strategically and personnel-wise. You will be a member of the management team and report directly to the managing director.


• You will promote a culture of continuous improvement of business processes, equipment, and manufacturing methods through collaboration and active exchange with relevant decision-makers at all levels of the company.


• You will further develop the existing quality strategy and continuously implement it into the optimization of our business processes and management systems.


• You will set and monitor quality goals, metrics, and plans.


• You will identify potential for improvement and ensure the maintenance, compliance, and further development of the quality management system.
