We are currently seeking a
COMMERCIAL MANAGER (m/f/d) for a well-known kitchen and furniture retailer with multiple locations in the
Freiburg im Breisgau area.

This opportunity is special because:

As a member of the management team, you will have a significant impact on the company's strategic development and will be responsible for the operational day-to-day business, including traditional commercial tasks as well as personnel, IT/organization, logistics, and administration.

THE EXCITING TASK:

Independent responsibility for controlling the entire company as well as its further development and improvement
Performing all traditional controlling tasks, such as creating plans, forecasts, analyses, business plans, etc.
Analyzing, harmonizing, and further developing the organization, processes, and procedures to strengthen the business
Responsibility for integrating the controlling and organization areas with the company's IT systems
Taking on operational project responsibility for implementing improvements resulting from analyses

WHAT YOU BRING:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have extensive practical experience in a similar position or have a degree in business administration from a university or university of applied sciences
You have good experience as a manager in the commercial sector
