Job in Winterthur at Oakwood:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to independently manage your own portfolio of properties


Scope of responsibilities:

  • Written and verbal communication with tenants, owners, contractors, caretakers, and other stakeholders
  • Maintaining tenant files (entry/exit), with administrative support available
  • Conducting certain condominium meetings
  • Liaison with accounting for year-end closing, budgeting, etc.
  • Coordinating building renovation projects (solar panel installations, heating system replacements, electric mobility, and other exciting projects)
  • Assisting with maintaining master data and setting up new clients
  • Supporting the digitalization of additional processes.

Qualifications for this diverse role include:

  • Swiss Federal Diploma as a real estate manager
  • Professional experience in property management.
