Your Responsibilities

As a project manager, you will structure, plan, and control projects and be responsible for the project schedule. Your focus will be on profitability, time, and quality.
Your tasks include managing internal and external contracts, as well as coordinating subcontractors, site managers, and resources.
You will advocate for SWARCO's interests with clients, planners, and project managers by managing claims, documentation, and addressing any issues that may arise.
You will actively work to optimize negotiation positions during the construction process, solve unforeseen problems, and ensure clear communication and transparency about project progress and steps, both internally and externally.

You have completed a degree in electrical engineering, business administration, or a related field.
You have professional experience in project management and ideally have knowledge of VOB and ITWO.
Having a certification as a project manager according to IPMA (at least level C) is advantageous.
You are proficient in using PC applications such as Microsoft 365, SAP, and project management tools.
You demonstrate confidence, authenticity, and composure in crisis situations, while also possessing strong persuasive skills and the ability to clearly present complex projects.
