We are currently seeking a Junior Specialist People & Organizational Development (d/f/m) to join our team at our Duderstadt (near Göttingen) or Berlin location.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Support the implementation and further development of global personnel development topics and concepts (e.g. performance and talent management, employee engagement)
  • Design and manage the global employee survey
  • Contribute to global HR concepts (developing training materials, presentations, and conducting trainings)
  • Support change processes in close coordination with HR interfaces
  • Continuously benchmark concepts, formats, and tools
  • Advise HR business partners and departments on global personnel development topics

Profile:


  • Successfully completed bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or a similar field
  • First professional experience in personnel development/talent management, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong IT and data affinity, with experience in learning management systems
