We are looking for a dynamic Service Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of a charming car dealership in Brightwaters, NY.
You can expect to work with a motivated team in the workshop.

Your profile should include:

Completed commercial and/or technical training in the automotive industry
Strong understanding of vehicle technology
Basic knowledge of aftersales business management
Previous experience in a similar position with leadership and management responsibilities, or as a workshop manager
Responsible and exceptional leadership qualities
Passion for optimizing workshop processes and parts department
Ability to motivate and lead a team with social competence
Strong customer orientation and retention skills
Good communication skills
Goal and successoriented
Good knowledge of MS Office

Your tasks will include:

Managing the service department
Implementing measures and programs for customer care and retention
Controlling and conducting activities to achieve high customer satisfaction
Developing strategies to maximize the market potential for workshop services, parts, and accessories, and monitoring their effectiveness
Regularly observing and analyzing customer and competitor behavior in the service market
Planning, monitoring, and controlling department results in line with revenue and profit goals
High flexibility and resilience
