Full-time

Monday to Friday

Your responsibilities

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors,
  • Operating the telephone switchboard with a smile,
  • Reserving and catering for conference and meeting rooms.

In addition, you will be responsible for

  • Incoming and outgoing mail and courier shipments,
  • General correspondence,
  • Telephone and address list maintenance,
  • And ordering from suppliers and catering services.
You will use email and MS Office for these tasks.
