The H2MedConsult GmbH is a service company in the fields of planning and implementation of personnel procurement, material procurement, personnel development, property management, and other services for all types of medical and nursing facilities.
Responsibilities:
- General correspondence and mail processing
- Management of resident files and resident funds
- Invoicing
- Contract management and fleet management
- Debt collection in close cooperation with the accounting department
- Other administrative tasks and general office organization
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training
- Also open to career changers
- Solid professional experience in the administrative field
- Good computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Independent and structured way of working
- Communication skills, flexibility, resilience, and teamwork
- Strong numerical skills and a high sense of responsibility
