INDUSTRIAL CLERK (M/F/D)
International Order Processing
- Location: Hamburg_
Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact (m/f/d) for customers when it comes to topics such as inquiries, orders, delivery status or complaints.
- You independently process international orders in both German and English.
- You act as a liaison between sales, dispatch and logistics.
- You constantly strive for high customer satisfaction and monitor this goal in the long term.
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, such as industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
- You have (first) professional experience in sales support.
- You are familiar with common MS Office programs.
- You are proficient in English and have no hesitation in using it. Any additional language skills are an advantage.
- You describe yourself as an openminded, structured and communicative person with technical understanding.
