International Order Processing

Location: Hamburg_

Your tasks

You are the first point of contact (m/f/d) for customers when it comes to topics such as inquiries, orders, delivery status or complaints.
You independently process international orders in both German and English.
You act as a liaison between sales, dispatch and logistics.
You constantly strive for high customer satisfaction and monitor this goal in the long term.

Your profile

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, such as industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
You have (first) professional experience in sales support.
You are familiar with common MS Office programs.
You are proficient in English and have no hesitation in using it. Any additional language skills are an advantage.
You describe yourself as an openminded, structured and communicative person with technical understanding.
