Your tasks

We are looking for a (mandatory) intern (m/f/diverse) to join our team in the field of Facility Management starting in July 2024. For the best learning experience and immersion, the internship should last for 5-6 months. There is the possibility to combine a mandatory part with a voluntary internship during your studies.

Your tasks will include the following activities:
  • Participation in the development of escape route concepts
  • Creation of an overview for office planning in the form of a room directory, including an occupancy plan of individual offices
  • Support in updating a legal source program
  • Creation of documentation for hazardous substance control measurement as part of the new office planning
  • Optimization of the training tool UWEB
  • Conducting key system management
  • Other special projects and tasks

Your profile
  • Students in the field of Facility Management, Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Economics or similar fields of study
  • Web design skills desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Flexibility, planning and organizational skills, independence and good communication skills
