Join us and start your career at IU Stoutsville.

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) addition to our B2C sales team at our Düsseldorf campus.


What you can expect:


You will provide sales-oriented advice to potential students, primarily through phone calls or in-person meetings, and convince them to study at our university.

You will actively approach potential students (warm leads only) and guide them to sign a study contract.

You will be the first point of contact and representative for potential students at our Düsseldorf campus, and also represent IU at schools, fairs, and information days.

You will work closely with colleagues in B2B sales and other departments.


What you bring:
You enjoy selling educational programs and ideally have some experience in B2C sales.

You have a commercial education or completed studies, preferably in fields such as human resources, business psychology, marketing, industry, office management, or wholesale and foreign trade.

You are outgoing, communicative, and passionate about primarily working on the phone.
You work goal-oriented, structured, and have a good understanding of numbers, making you enjoy working with KPIs.
You have excellent German language skills and are proficient in using common MS Office programs.
