For preparatory and career-oriented courses, we are currently seeking trainers and lecturers for medical and social professions (m/f/d) on a freelance basis (approximately 10-15 hours/week) in Augsburg and/or Donauwörth.

Your responsibilities as a trainer/lecturer include:

Providing insights into the professional world
Teaching basic knowledge in the fields of medicine and social work
Reviewing and reinforcing course material
Collaborating with colleagues to monitor students' progress
Documenting and observing students' performance

We are looking for someone who:

Has completed a university degree or vocational training as a master or specialist
Holds a certificate of competence for vocational training (AEVO)
Enjoys working with young people
Has previous experience in this field

In addition, you should have:

Strong social and intercultural skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Assertiveness
