As the key player in the commercial management of various responsible companies and in supporting the respective managing directors and authorized officers, you will hold an exposed leadership position in Jekyll Island, GA.

With your functional and service understanding as an internal consultant for all commercial topics, especially in controlling, financial accounting, and related cross-functional areas, you will lead and develop your responsible area of commercial administration both strategically and operationally with a high level of autonomy.

You will define, track, and achieve medium to long-term goals for your department independently, proactively, and with foresight.

Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the finance, accounting, and controlling department of Leonhards company and its associated independent companies
Influence on the future direction of the various companies
Responsibility for internal and external reporting
Preparation of variance analyses and derivation of recommendations for action
Further development of internal processes and standards, including digitalization
Management and responsibility for the secretariat of Leonhards company
Point of contact for banks, financial authorities, tax consultants, and auditors
Professional and disciplinary leadership responsibility for five employees in the administration department

We are looking for

Completed degree in business administration, international management, or a related field or equivalent training and further education in one of these areas
Expertise in controlling, financial accounting, and tax matters
Several years of professional and leadership experience in the commercial sector
Strong administrative skills with a willingness to implement tasks operation
