- An Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, engineering, planning or other related field may be substituted for two (2) or four (4) years of experience respectively, but at least two (2) years of professional related experience must be as a technology team lead which involved staff oversight, leadership, or supervision

Ability to meet the travel needs of the position.
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Employee must spend sustained amounts of time standing/sitting looking at a computer and using other standard office equipment such as telephones and copiers/printers/fax machines. Employee may need to bend, twist, climb, and exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally to lift or relocate equipment. Employee may need to access various areas of Metro's facilities, including stairs, garages, BRT stations, other work areas or enter buses to open access cabinets and test or check technology projects or equipment.
Employee may occasionally need to attend meetings off site and outside of core work hours.
This is not a remote work position. Employee must work on site.

Leave
Vacation is earned upon starting employment and can be used after completion of probation. The general vacation schedule is below.

Employees earn 5 personal days in addition to vacation.
Employees receive eight official paid holidays (New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day), as well as 1 paid leave day (the Friday after Thanksgiving).
Employees also earn 13 sick days annually that may accrue to a total of 150 days.
