Your tasks:

  • Inspection and measurement of components / parts from internal and external production according to specifications
  • Conducting and monitoring production releases according to specifications and/or defined criteria
  • Processing and coordinating complaints from internal production and from supplier parts
  • Root cause analysis and implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive measures according to the 8D system and other suitable quality management methods and procedures
  • Instructing, conducting and tracking component analyses (technical analysis) from internal production, supplier parts and customer / dealer returns (RMA)
  • Organization and moderation of interdisciplinary error analysis rounds (Q-circles) and derivation of measures
  • Complaint recording and ensuring documentation in the CAQ system according to DIN ISO 9001
  • Monitoring / ensuring compliance with specified processing deadlines and, if necessary, reminding responsible parties (internal or external)
  • Participation in the creation and maintenance of quality management reports and instructions regarding feasibility (plausibility check)
  • Training of employees in the field of quality and measurement technology
  • Monitoring, compliance and enforcement of quality guidelines and standards for products and processes

Your qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician or comparable qualification
