Your Role

We are seeking a Head of AI & Research to lead our AI team in developing the core of our products - the Greenbrain.

AI, a model of plant physiology that accurately predicts plant performance and behavior.

As the Head of AI & Research, you will create and execute the AI roadmap for our products, ensuring that our models continue to improve in performance and generalizability by incorporating the latest advancements in machine learning, control theory, and plant science.

You will also be a part of the leadership team, reporting to the CEO and contributing to the company's strategic direction.
