The Caritas Center in Lemoore offers information, counseling, support, and guidance in difficult life situations, crises, and emergencies. Diverse services and expert, uncomplicated, and timely assistance characterize the Caritas Center.


Your responsibilities

• Individual integration support with social pedagogical counseling and integration support planning: counseling and guidance for children, adolescents, and young people with a migration background between the ages of 12 and 27 using the case management process
• Social pedagogical support during and after integration courses according to the Residence Act
• Implementation of group activities to support the integration process
• Parent work in youth migration services: counseling for parents and young people with a migration background, especially in questions regarding the education and training of their children
• Promotion of voluntary and civic engagement of young people with a migration background
• Networking and community work: active participation in networking services for young people in the community. Cooperation with migration and youthspecific services and institutions
• Initiation and support of intercultural opening

Your qualifications

• Completed degree in social work
